Updated 02/07/10

Our Mission:
To provide the Pinball Community with parts and kits that are unique or not easily obtained elsewhere. We will do this by assembling kits and special projects that are unique to the world of pinball. And provide them at the lowest cost possible.

UPDATE 02/07/10:
We have decided to do BOTH of the kits below this year. At least that's the plan. Wobblehead will probably be happening first. Parts for the ES kit have to be re-sourced since our motor supplier no longer carries the motor we were using. We have more than 50 people signed up for each kit. You MUST use the links below in the text to be counted. If you previously signed up, please do not sign up again. We will be sending out a newsletter by the end of February to explain, in detail what is happening on both kits. If you didn't use the links and just sent us an e-mail, I make no promises that you will be on the list. Our SPAM filter eats messages that don't have the proper subject line in them.

We get tons of questions about the cost of the kits. We won't know until they are built. Everything is assembled by hand with many of the parts machined, one at a time, from raw elements. The newsletter will update you with as much info as we know at the time.

Our Upcoming items:

Earthshaker Moving Institute Kit

Add this kit to your Williams Earthshaker Pinball to make the Institute on your machine move in sync with the game. Works just like the prototype and your game is all ready to use this kit. Kit will include motor unit, wiring harness, and detailed instructions. The kit will include all of the necessary hardware and wiring to adapt your Earthshaker's stationary Institute into a fully moving one. There is nothing else to buy and we have done all of the hard engineering for you. The Moving IE is being designed and built by Mark E. Davidson.

We have completed sales of these units and are guaging the interest in another run. If we can get 50 people to sign up, we'll make more of these with a planned delivery of 2010. If you want to buy one of these, please get your name on the list by clicking the link below and we'll send you an e-mail when we are ready to start accepting orders.

Bill Ung of UFO Pinball had this to say about our first run kits:
"I had the pleasure of running your Earthshaker Building mod on my proto Earthshaker yesterday. We unplugged the building and ran a general test. The mechanism worked great!! It followed all the normal instructions and behaved just like the original. The owner had brought the mechanism to our monthly Pinball League Night. I was impressed with the wiring harness connectors. That's an awful lot of soldering, but the assembly really works well."

Michael Wagnon wrote:
"Mark and Al put together a solid reliable version of the prototype building from earthshaker and the related documentation. Mark's building assembly was a solid good design. I only had to remove the pop rivets from the building and undo 2 screws on the rail to install the building into the assembly. Al's detailed manual made the install really simple and quick to install the building kit to the playfield and attach the wires to the back box boards. From start to finish it only took me about 3 hours. Kudos to Mark and Al for their hard work to make a complex installation simple for the users."

Doctor Who Wobble Head Kit

This kit is added to your Bally Doctor Who Pinball to make the Dalek on your machine move in sync with the game. It works just like the prototype and your game is ready to use this kit (no ROM updates required). Kit includes motor unit, wiring harness, and detailed instructions. In 2008 we made about 70 units and sold them to people on our mailing list.

Well, in a word: Brilliant!

The Wobble Head kit arrived on the weekend, so had to wait until Monday to start... Overall, about an hour and a half to get everything in place, and he's resplendent in his newly wibbly-wobbly form. Couple of purely cosmetic things to finish off, but that's just me...

Thanks to all for your efforts! It brings a whole new level of fun to what was already pretty much my favourite game!
